If I talk about myself, anything from home to school, city to nature, friends to teachers, all inspire me in one way or another. Yet what drives me the most is helping others in any way I can. I’m inspired by the ability to impact change…on all levels. I am inspired by my interactions with different people and love to talk and understand others’ stories, lifestyles, and views. Surrounding myself with others gives me the motivation to be the best version of myself I can be. I enjoy listening to what others have to say as well as making people smile and laugh, and I feel that this genuine human interaction is one of the most important parts of living a happy and healthy life. I also am inspired to use my position to empower others and create a more loving world. We are fortunate to have the ability to change ourselves for the better every day, but even more importantly we have the ability to impact change in the lives of others…sometimes something as simple as a smile or a few kind words can have a transformational effect on those around us. This ability is a miracle and a blessing, and it is so beautiful to see individuals utilize it to change the world around them for the better.

I support visionaries doing incredible work in education, sanitation, women empowerment, and children’s safety. I started working in the development sector for the past 10 years. I hold a Master Degree’s in Business administration and Social Work.

It is our duty to give hope, love, and light to the unprivileged, vulnerable, and needy ones. . I feel that “Darakht Chhanv Foundation” will be an extremely results-oriented non-profit, and I wanted to let people support our organization, and God-willing help to grow the organization.

“Monika has about a decade of experience working with diverse stakeholders- Non-profit organizations, schools, teachers, teacher educators, children, and State bodies. She has a master’s degree in Management in business administration and Social work. She is a development professional and has been working with the development sector for the last 6 years. Monica believes that” I am proud to be a Director for “Darakht Chhanv” because it gives me the opportunity to share my love of “giving” and be the reason to spread some love, kindness, and happiness in the hearts of children who need it the most. It makes my day just by thinking that I was able to support and make a positive impact in a child’s life to live a healthy and happy life which is the basic right of every human being. “The Act of Giving” inspires me every day. We all have something that we can give; be it our time, talent, love, or compassion, everyone can do his or her part to make this world a better place. As a mother and teacher, nothing fulfills me more than seeing a child reach their full potential and find their own genius.
